MORE WITHDRAWALS PLEASE?

I was at the bank one day to collect money because I couldn't find my ATM card. They did not have a withdrawal slip lying around. They only had deposit slips. I got to the counter and asked for a withdrawal slip. The lady asked about my ATM. I told her I couldn't find it. She gave it to me reluctantly. Another man came right after me and asked for a withdrawal slip and the lady asked him the same question about ATM. He said he didn't have one (but he had an account with the bank and money in it o). The woman said so rudely "I cannot give you a withdrawal slip." She pretty much said I don't care how much you've put into your account, you cannot take anything from it.

How can a bank have uncountable deposit slips but not a single withdrawal slip lying around? Simple, the bank is like a lot of us. We love it when people deposit in our lives but we would not appreciate a withdrawal. It is a not a good characteristic for anyone to have. It is most definitely not Christlike. Stop letting people deposit in your life without offering them a withdrawal slip. Do not be like Guaranty Trust Bank, Magodo Phase 2 branch.(Nigeria) Lol.

There was a time when I hated pairing pencil skirts and blouses. I just felt it was the ultimate "I'm old" look. But guess what, I am old and it's okay. In fact, I am so old, I would wear a boring colour like tan.

Remember this dusky pink faux leather skirt that I wore in this post? Well, I got the exact same skirt in tan but a bigger size because the pink was too body hugging.  If you like it, buy it in every colour, right? I initially wanted to wear gold sandals but I looked at my account and realised I couldn't afford to take a taxi and since I was gonna take the bus, I needed to be practical. Sharply, I threw on tights and my nude pumps. I do not go anywhere without my trusted mint jacket to keep me warm. My signature red lips went on leave today. But it'll be back tomorrow.
