VELVET QUEUED

I don't know about you but I hate queuing up. Yesterday, I was on a queue to see a movie (And a really pretty girl called my name and I turned and smiled at her. Turns out she reads my blog and "loves" it. (Hello, if you're reading this, you made my day yesterday). So I ended up chatting with her and her boyfriend about something really random but it was a really fun conversation. This queue made me think about if sometimes, God makes us queue up in life. You know, a little hold up? The movie was unexpectedly really good. A lot of beautiful lessons. Would I queue up again so I can meet that girl again and let her remind me that I love blogging and watch a movie which made think about the future and having the right priorities in life? Yes. So what if whatever you're going through is God's Way of making you queue up so there could be a better turn out. So maybe if you rushed into the next chapter you might miss the lesson because I have learnt from experience that God isn't just concerned with your destination but your journey. So I guess the next time they make me queue up, I should just look up and say God, any lesson today? Maybe I'm just rambling. I should stop now.

  5. Love the outfit!
And i totally get your message about not rushing into things and letting God have His way. We should learn to be patient with God and wait for his opinion on whatever we want to do even if it takes a while for Him to give a go ahead!
