DOUBLE TAPESTRY

OUTFIT DETAILS
Blouse & Skirt - Topshop
Heels - Zara
Belt & Socks - Asos

I've been gone for a while. I needed time for myself and to deal with a lot of personal issues. Various applications got too much and I kinder panicked and just wanted to be on my own. This is the outfit I wore to church recently. The blouse was a little big and  I intended to amend it, I just never got the time. I'm so exhausted as I am typing this. I get so busy these days, I rarely have time for myself to just relax and think. Sorry I was gone for a while. I tried to keep up but I just couldn't. Hopefully, I'm getting things in order and I should begin blogging regularly. I have so much to tell you guys.

How have you been? How's February treating you?

"Whenever you're lost in a mystery, remember that your future is a memory to God; 'cause He is already there. So look to Him"

Sending numerous hugs and sloppy kisses to you.

I PROMISE...

I know...I knoww... I've rocked the life out of this red skirt but who can blame me? Plus it was not my intention to wear it last night. I PROMISE not to wear this skirt till next year which is basically a couple of weeks (haha). I had dinner and jokes with friends to take the stress off uni and here's what I came up with. If anyone complains about the pictures inside my room, I'll know you don't love me if you want me to stand outside in December without a jacket...

Okay, so I got this pencil lace dress but it was not supposed to be as short and tight as it was. Even worse, as short as the dress was, they even put slit there...so if I had worn it on it's own I would have ended doing what I was doing in the picture below on the left ...
....and I certainly wanted to have a good non self-conscious night so I threw on my tutu skirt. I however love the lace detailing and the shoulders of this dress and I will continue to wear it as a top BECAUSE I CAN...I added some chain spikes to my hair because honestly, I don't know how to style long hair because well, it doesn't come naturally if you get me..My shoes are a gift from my friend/photographer. Thank you Lota. Tomi is one very happy girl...Another friend of mine told me to stop wearing my other gold-plated spiked belt for a while or get another one so I got a slimmer version of it.

PURPLE LACE

Homies!!!! How have you been? Sorry for blanking out on you guys. I got caught up in a couple of other important stuff. Today was a multi--cultural sunday in my church so I thought it was a perfect day to bring out my lace dress again. Unfortunately, I have added weight since the last time I wore this dress and it was ridiculously tight and VERY uncomfortable to walk and breathe. So, I decided to ditch the heels and just try to be as comfortable as possible with a pair of yellow sandals. I really hate how squashed i look and felt but I decided to put this up because this will be the last time I'll be wearing this dress. What do you think, still chic in flats?
